During the year, there will be 246 days of academic work and 80 days leave
A summer vacation will be held from 4 May to 7 June and the beginning of new academic session from 8 June 2020
Gujarat State Secondary Education Board has today announced the academic calendar of 2019-2020. There will be a total of 246 days of academic work in the year. When the 80 days will leave. The board examinations of Class 10 and 12 of March 2020 will be conducted from March 5 to March 21. When the board's practical exams will begin on February 14.

First session 104 and second session 142 days
The first session will be 104 days from 10 June 2019 to 24 October 2019. When an eight-day Navratri vacation will be held from 30th September to 7th October and will be 13 days of Diwali vacation from 25th October to 6th November. The second session of 142 days will start from 7th November and start till 3 May. Then there will be a summer vacation from 4th May to 7th June and the new academic session will start from 8th June 2020.
